If you have not identified your account please do so. By not identifying your account you risk losing all progress you have made while you were playing. We have a guide in game on how to identify your account.

Requirements:

Have an email address.

There are many places where you can get a free email. (Do not forget the account name and password to the email you use.)

Identifying:

When you are in game go to your profile and click Edit in the bottom right corner.

Click Identify

Click Identify by email.

Type your email in both boxes.

Go to your email address and approve the email. (Check your Spam/Junk folders the email can be sent there.)

Done.


If you do not want to risk losing your items I highly recommend that you identify your account. It is not very easy for us to find your unidentified accounts and can take a while to get restored. So unless you want to start over identify your accounts.
