Since joining Era, I realized this "Cop Neutral and Gangster" system that rank players by one of the three. Come to find out...no one gives a flying f*ck about it except maybe rpers, so I came to a conclusion that would allow players to start using the system to earn gralats as well as just having more enjoyment in everyday gameplay.
Thus, The Bounty Hunting Job.
Cops: In "Cop Land" the precinct has a room with armory, in there would be a set of "Handcuffs" that cop ranked players could purchase in order to arrest "Gangster" ranked players. Once a cop player kills a gangster he can then handcuff him when he's down. (Similar to when a person puts a poison bomb down after their rival is dead). Once handcuffed the gangster will be linked with the cop, so where the cop goes so does the thug. If a cop gets into a vehicle the gangster rides in the back. The cop has to take the gangster back to the station into a cell where he/she will earn $40 gralats for each arrest. Once in the cell, the gangster will be transfered back outside and his rank will go down.
Neutrals: Have to decide between "Cop" or "Gangster" cannot do bounty hunting job if they aren't on either side.
Gangsters: Around the "Mafia Zone" (where brass knuckles are) "Gangsters" can purchase "Ropes" where they too can partake in trapping police after killing them. Once tied up, the Gangster can bring the police to the "Mafia Zone" where they will also be rewarded $40 gralats and the police officer will be transferred outside, the officer's rank will go down.
! Note: A hostage can be handcuffed/tied for 5 mins maximum before being released again, that includes AFKs (Away from keyboard) and lag. A timer will be on the screen of both players to remind them of the 5 minute mark.
If either player dies, for example: (Stray Bullets, Low HP then a noob starts using his starter pistols) the hostage is let free and the killer is not rewarded and has to retry his/her capture (thats why the reward money is a lot)
Both "Rope" and "Handcuff" costs $6500 gralats, and can only be used in a PK zone. The jobs starts if both players accepted the bounty hunting job at either "Cop Land" or "Mafia Zone" locations.
Lastly, If for example a "Cop" player gets demoted to "Gangster" his or her "Handcuffs" will be transferred to "Ropes" similar to the way a "Blue Cop Hat" becomes a "Gangster Hat" and has to go to the "Mafia Zone" to start the Bounty Hunting Job, If "Neutral" rank it remains "Handcuffs" but cannot use them until he/she is an officer again, and vice versa for "Gangster" ranked players.
