When does the Graal boss blob appear in swamp?

Was about to make this thread, I'd actually love to know an in-depth answer to this.  

There is a blob monster?  

The giant blob, as always, appears at random times. Usually every 3-4 hours, in my experience, though I have seen it appear twice in half that time.

It's truly random. Chill out in that strangely loot free puddle near the witch's house for a couple hours or slash some grass in the surrounding area for the same and you'll probably run into the blob.

My question is what are the items available?
Do you get the bombs/mounts/pet/hats from before, or is it new stuff now?

So far this year I got one hat that looks like it should have been on the cutting room floor... so haven't been spending too much time worrying about mr blob,
seeing as though I have 2 mounts, bomb, pet, and a bunch of hats from before.

Very shortly after this thread was made, I went to swamp and found a giant blob.

Nope, every 3:30 hours. If you have Kik you can join #blobalert. And if you're too late you can use the last timestamp to calculate when it's coming again.

I gave up with the blob after I got 100 gralats 4 consecutive times.  

What are the prizes?  

Mounts hats and bombs usualy but sometimes gralats and by sometimes i mean 60% of the time
i dont fight it often anymore but i used to have a guild member stand in swamp and be on watch for the blob for an hour and then we would give someone else the job to stay till thr blob finally spawns and we would shout: BLOB!!!!!

Sounds fun. Do you have to have the killing hit to gain the prize or how does reward dispersal work out?  

I think it spawns randomly, because before Christmas season I saw the blob spawn 10 minutes after another. Unless it was some sort of glitch it must be random spawn.

Here are some items I know of:
-Frog mounts - Green, Blue, Black, White, Red.
-Blob Pet
-Scuba hat, mask thing, monster mask, White and gold hat with a swirl, green leprechaun looking hat.
-And most common gralats. Ranging from 100-500.

Thats all i can think of now but you can add to it. I dont think they added anything after Christmas.

You have to wade through the hundred or so rabid blob fighters and land even one hit on it. Sounds harder than it is, if you care about AP.
If you don't care about AP, run in there swinging.

As long as you hit it once, you will get a prize.
Buddy above me missed a bomb skin as a possible prize.
You get Gralats like 90% of the time, though.
