I would very much like to know if i'm doing a good job with this guide, if nobody comments then I won't know! Even if its saying its great to saying its awful, everything is appreciated as it helps me improve future guides.


This guide will be split up into two primary sections, overworld farming(normal Graal map), and guild house/house farming. I will be using pictures to better explain my methods and locations of specific places.

1. Overworld farming.

OVERVIEW

Contrary to popular belief, overworld farming is actually very good for making money, one of the best ways even more so now due to bugs spawn rates being lower.

LOCATION
For Overworld farming the best place (in my opinion) to farm is in the large grassed area of Swamp town.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

When you cut the grass with your sword, there is a chance a green or blue gralat will appear, green gralats are worth 1, where as blue gralats are worth 5.

SPEEDING THINGS UP

What speeds this method of farming up tremendously is the use of a horse or mount, with the least expensive option being at the horse stables. I highly recommend you buy a horse or save up for one before you try farming, as it speeds up the amount of grass you cut a lot and also reduces the chance of you getting your gralats stolen since you will be moving faster.

The prices of the horses in here range from 2500 gralats to 9700 gralats, with the simple brown, yellow, and green horses all cost 2500 each, which is the cheapest horse in the game.

A little trick with the horse as well to speed things up even more is eating bushes. If you stand infront of a bush whilst on your horse and press the horse icon/button, you will eat the bush, and for each bush you eat your overall speed will increase, up to a maximum of 5 bushes. But bear in mind if you die or dismount your horse you will need to eat 5 bushes again.

GENERAL TIPS

When you go along cutting the grass try to go in a straight line and then immediatly press the opposite direction button to go back, since you cut from the side with your sword whilst on a horse this will cut a large amount of grass in a short space of time, which is what you're aiming to do. Never stop smashing the sword icon/button whilst farming.

Show no remorse to other players, every gralat you see is yours. Even if you're being nice and leave a gralat because you didn't cut the grass it appeared from, don't expect other players to show the same courtesy to you.

2. Guild house/house farming.

OVERVIEW

Guild house/house farmings main selling point is that, every gralat in there is yours, there is no competition what so ever. Also you can lock gralats from visitors and even yourself so they can stack up and change colour. To lock a gralat from visitors double tap it, to lock it from everyone including yourself tap it twice again.

Any house works really, even in normal houses, but I will be showing my specific method which is in the guild house circled in the picture.

METHOD

For guild house/house farming you will be using bombs to blow up the grass. I recommend killing baddies for bombs as if you buy them you will be drastically reducing your profits, the best baddies to kill for bomb collecting in my opinion is the pirates at pyrat bay. For my setup the bare minimum is 5 hedges and 3 fences, I just have more hedges to make it look nicer. The fences must be specifically placed as shown in the pictures to perfectly line up the bombs as if a bomb is in the middle of two patches of grass, it will blow both of them up instead of just 1. The arrows indicate the line at which the bomb will be thrown.

If you go as far down on the fence as possible it will perfectly line you up to throw the bomb, because its simple fact that using 4 bombs to get every bit of grass is better than 7, right? I normally throw 2, then wait till they explode then throw the next 2, as if you throw the third one and it gets caught in the blast of the previous bombs, it will be moved back one square and therefore won't hit the back 2 patches of grass it was meant to.

3. IMPROVED Guild house/house horse farming.

OVERVIEW

The guild house farming method, without a doubt the best solo guild house farming method available to you. You might ask, "what makes this method so good?", well, when you throw a bomb you get 1 'blast' out of it, where as if you get your horse to eat a bomb, it gets 3 'blasts', triple the amount of blasts you would normally get if guild house farming by foot!

All you need for this method is a horse (previously stated in guide where to get one), and a guild house. To get your horse to eat a bomb, first press the bomb icon on foot so a bomb appears on the ground, then press the horse icon to get on your horse, then press the horse icon again to eat the bomb. To fire simply press the horse icon again. If you dismount your horse the blasts will still be in the horse so there's no need to eat another bomb every time you get off the horse if you didn't use all your previous blasts up.

The house circled is by far the best guild house for horse farming, the main grassed area is 8x5, and with the horses bomb blast reaching 5 tiles, it makes this perfect.

METHOD

For the method I will be showing pictures of my furniture setup and also where to stand when you use your horse bomb blasts for maximum efficiency. When you use all 3 blasts simply dismount your horse, press the bomb icon and then quickly press the horse icon twice to get on your horse and eat the bomb, quick reloading.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

For increased efficiency, you should use a 2 player mount. The difference between a 2 player mount and a 1 player mount is that a 2 player mount gets 5 blasts from 1 bomb, as opposed to 3 with a 1 player mount. This is obviously a benefit as you're getting 5 times as many blasts than 3 times as many. However...

2 player mounts can be bought from York Town stables, the only downside is the price, the prices range from 40,000 gralats to 100,000 gralats, its up to you to decide whether its a worthwhile investment!

Going to upload more methods of guild house farming soon, which is much more efficient than the method currently in the guide.

You should post the horse farming method of farming cuz allot of people don't use it but it's verry good !!!( the best gh to do so is the 2nd one on the second row )

That's my new method I use, which I'm gonna post when I have time, next 2 days or so. But yes it is good, 3 times as many 'bombs' which is awesome.  

Just updated the guide with the guild house horse farming method, feedback would be appreciated, thanks .  

I know its unrelated but can someone please post the bomb templet or atleast tell me how many frame I would need t o make? Sorry for spelling I'm on my phone and the phyysical keyboard is tuny lol. But the onsceen one is a horror....
