Technically the first gang to take all the bases is the Gangster side of the Cops vs Gangsters event when they figured out how to use unstick to get off the bridge and retain their tags.

This was just accomplished? A few guilds had done this on the Classic server, and taking multiple forts in Classic is hard as hell.
