Usually I just run in my sub-division and play JD as well. Sometimes use the treadmill and the bicycle. Have no weights sadly. |

You should focus on a general area each day you work out. I usually do chest + arms and thrn every other day legs + cardio. Lots of weightlifters tend to focus on one part of their body, which can make their form look really horrible. My suggestion (if you're really deficated) is to eat healthy, get enough sleep, and work out at most 5 days a week. Dont work out everyday. If you're still weightlifting after some 10 months then you can move to supplements to help your muscles and energy build. Just read them before choosing and using.

Been curious when a thread like this would pop up. I switched programs from SL to a PPL split. 6 days Push Pull Legs x 2 then rest on the seventh, gonna see how it goes. Not actively working but doing a lot of walking so i'll call that my cardio. |
