Everyone is losing motivation to play on all servers now. People are getting bored with same cliche holiday events every year and want real game content. Games that move around for holidays usually die after so many years.

IMO, if you're only playing this game for the competitive aspects like towering and sparring then you're playing in the wrong game. Not saying that they totally sucks but, you can find much better similar competitions in other games. I mean think about it, the employee (Uni) wants money which is the whole point of creating the game. Would players pay more money for the competitive aspects of the game or, for the other factors like buying hats in the updated hatshops, Halloween customs in the halloween event etc. That's why developers are told to focus on the factors of the game that brings benefits to the organization. It's not like they are totally ignoring the competitive aspects, its just that there is more work going towards the other factors of the game like the yearly events. Plus I don't know what's the developers has to do with this, they are just staff members. When people complain about something, they usually and should complain to employee. |

why do you think that towering rewards (assuming you mean 1k hats) are a 'right' that players have? they got removed not because the 'new guild system' was supposed to be approaching but because it was a mistake to deregulate towering in the first place. those 1k hats make it easy for those hire and fire guilds to recruit random players, often beginners, who then are being taught they more or less are just useless doorblock material, but due to false 1k hat promises they will help over and over just to get scammed in the end, causing hatred and bitterness long story short, it was one of the best decisions of the last years (even though they just fixed their own mistake) to remove those cruel 'towering rewards', if you don't like to tower based on the spirit of fighting alone, it's your personal problem |

I understand where you're coming from. The aspect of reaching the top of the board and being extremely skilled in pking is nice to do/have. But what for. What is the point? What memories do you have? Honestly, when I look at my 1k hats I see all the good/bad times me and my guild had. Once I reach 1k, nothing. 2k. Nothing. Knowing this there's no motivation. No motivation, no competition. No competition, no fighting spirit right? I also see how players often get scammed out of the 1k hats and so on. Why don't the devs fix that problem? Why don't devs put something as an all time stats in the guild of how many hours they've participated in the tower? Why don't the devs listen to the community have has the most in-depth practices of the game? I'm honestly becoming more confused as I go further into the subject. Can someone help me out with the situation of Devs not giving us the attention/information the community needs? |

Are you telling me you're able to pk without any rewards what so ever? It seems that we have our own definitions of fun. Mine is you play, you win, you get rewarded. I've learned this definition through many other traditional games I've played over my life time. So when I tower, I earn hours, I reach my goal, I expect some type of reward out of it. It doesn't even have to be a hat. But I play for a reason. You get the reward. You don't kill the 10 goblins outside the cave for fun. You kill them for the reward. I hope you understand where I'm coming from.

read what i wrote above and your 'problem' is solved the reward is the community and the friendships you make. 'earning' hours isn't something that deserves a material reward. how would anybody measure how much of an achievement it is to take a tower with a mass of players? while doing solo stuff like for example the bounty quest, you kill a certain amount of baddies, that deserves a reward because there is a well defined trade deal going on. YOU made a performance so YOU are rewarded |

Don’t know what friends he makes if he wants everyone to address him as a “god” and belittles everyone. This hypocrite won’t provide any substantial advice or information to this thread. In my opinion, they could have kept the guild reward for 5K and 10K hours since it takes much longer to achieve those. There’s many activities to do in iClassic but that’s individually. The only reward you can get as a team currently is winning a GST or placing 2nd or 3rd respectively. If all fails, take a break from the game and enjoy life outside of it. That’s what many players are doing at the moment. You aren’t obligated to play the game if you aren’t satisfied with its lack of communication and gameplay. |
