Game Disruption
Warn, 6 Hours, 16 Hours.

Staff Impersonation
Warn, 6 Hours, 12 Hours.

Boosting Statistics
1 Day, 7 Days, 21 Days.

Teaming
Warn, 2 Hours, 4 Hours.

General Harassment
1 Hour, 16 Hours, 1 Day.

Sexual Harassment
3 Days, 7 Days, 14 Days.

Inappropriate Behavior
Warn, 16 Hours, 1 Day.

Racism
7 Days, 10 Days, 20 Days.

Severe Vulgarity
16 Hours, 1 Day, 4 Days.

Distributing Personal Information
3 Days, 7 Days, 14 Days.

Intentional Scamming
7 Days, 14 Days, 21 Days.

Glitching (Minor)

SPECIAL BAN TYPES

Gagging
This is a function that makes your character unable to talk and send messages for a certain period of time. The duration can last from one minute to thirty minutes.

Event Bans
This is a function that removes your ability to play from events. The duration can last from one minute to two days.

HOW AND WHEN TO EMAIL iZONE
To email iZone, send an email to [email protected]!
Below are a list of topics listing reasons that you might need to email iZone.

How to Retrieve Lost Pets
In your email, send your Graal ID and the robot type that is missing in the format listed below. (You can find your Graal ID in the guide under Accounts/Identification).

Do not send things like "my blue robot"! There are multiple blue robots. At very least, tell what it looks like.

How to Submit Shop Items
In your email, say which shop you are sending the item for. Attach the file of the image you wish to submit.

How to Appeal to Bans
If you feel you are unfairly banned, send us an email and we will review your ban. If we feel it is unjustified, you can be unbanned early. Send appeals in this format.

How to Send Complaints
If you see something broken, a staff not doing their job or abusing power, and/or anything you'd like to see fixed, just email it to us and we will review it and take it into consideration.

IN-GAME FORUMS

To create an in-game forum account, you must first be using an identified account. If you are doing so, say /setname NameHere to set the name you will wish to use for the forums. If it is taken, set another. Once your name has been approved, open your menu and hit the "Forums" button. Click on the subforum you want to visit.
If you feel like you want your name changed, say /changename Name. You can be banned if you change your name multiple times to spam.

I am going to add one thing to this. You can be banned for a category that you didn't actually do. The reason you would see hacking for example on your ban could be because you deserved a longer ban time. We have some accounts that are permanently banned and they have the category as hacking at the highest ban time.

TLDR:
You can have a different ban category even though you were banned for a different reason.

We have a new support page that will be used instead of the email. All appeals and complaints will now need to be sent through http://support.toonslab.com/. Be sure that you include your account names with any account related issues so the admins can look up your account information.
