From wikipedia:
Power creep is the gradual unbalancing of a game due to successive releases of new content.[1] The phenomenon may be caused by a number of different factors and, in extreme cases, can be damaging to the longevity of the game in which it takes place.
As new expansions or updates are released, new game mechanics or effects are introduced, making it increasingly difficult for older content to remain in balance without changes. Usually, this means new content releases grow successively more powerful while older content becomes regressively outdated or relatively underpowered.

This is a major problem with Era. The guns from when the game was originally released no longer stand a chance against newer guns that fire very fast while doing an enormous amount of damage. I've tried to get back into Era but I just can't when I need to either spend about $30-100 or spend like 50 hours digging shells just to get a good gun. Should I really put this much time or money into a 2d mobile MMO?
With the same money I could buy a quality game, and with that much time spend working a minimum wage job, I could make $400 instead of getting a virtual weapon. You could argue that playing a game is more fun, but when the best way of making money on Era is running around digging shells for hours on end, its more repetitive than most part time jobs.
Can you please buff older guns like the shotguns and the ak-47? They feel pretty useless compared to new guns and most competitive gangs wont let me in without a newer better gun.
