so when i get a pm or a broadcast or anything like that, i cant click it, and its not my iPod screen because that part of the screen works fine, i have tried longing in and out an rebooting, this always happens, is this happening for anyone else ?

it happens from time to time for me
dont have multitasking on and if you leave your ipod afk and you get disconnected from the server, this happens.

Happens me all the time, as fast as I get disconnected from the server. I don't really care, only restarting the device and keeping me active if I really need to answer quick in PMs..  

This bug has been around for months. snk tried to fix it at one point when I made a thread like this before when I started playing but it didn't work  

it has something to do when you go 'afk' it partly disconnects  

When you have multitask on and you Lock your Phone, or you get disconnected from not moving then the PMs will be glitched. When this Happens, turn off Multitasking and close out the game, you may have to turn off your iDevice and then back on. It will fix.  

I just exit, delete it from my multitask bar, and reboot.

You can still read the pms via more actions-> message history if you cant be bothered.  

hmm i'll re-look into this again this weekend. I can understand that it's frustrating
