Oh, you wouldn't like it. You think 10 rocks is little? Well, 1 rock/hour through using punch, or waste 5k on a pick axe that increase the process by 2x, which lowers down to 30 min/rock.

I don't think PD's been active through the last few days  

This was planned since just waiting isn't enough to teach those baddies a lesson. If they did that, they need hard labor to get back to Zone. And yes, this is permanent. The number of rocks and the length on how rocks can be broken will not be changed. You done something bad, labor comes to your way.
