Okay So We All Know Snk Has Been Working His Butt off to try to reduce the lag in era.. So we all lag every once in a while but its really affecting me even though my internet speed is full bars,and am standing right next to my router i still tend to lag.. such as "i freeze when i walk", "when i get hit by a bullet i lag/freeze", and sometimes "SOMETIMES" the people lag around me but thats just server lag.. So LAG.. hmmhh :/  

You could try doing all these things, probably it will fix your lag a bit.

1. Close all the applications that are actually running in the background.
2. If you are jailbroken this will obviously affect the gameplay, but there is pretty much nothing you can do about it but updating to a newer iOS version to remove it.
3. Try always to have the lastest iOS version.
4. Tap on your character then edit, then go onto the options section, make sure to enable Less Effects, you can also try to disable Image Animations and to hide Nicknames.  

Lol.. Im not dumb but thanks for the advice.. ive tried that and im actually not jailbroken.. but still lag -.-  

Just wondering... Which iDevice are you using to play?
Older devices (iTouch 2G, for example) may not run the game very well... they dont have enough internal resources to run it properly.  

The best iPod you can get is the 4th gen. 2nd gen is pretty Kathy and the 3rd gen runs slow and crashes alot for me,
