If guilds need a challenge for sparring, why not have a button in the arena that sends a mass message saying "(name of guild) needs a challenge!" just like admins do...although this may lead to some spam, I think its worthwile.

Thats what i was thinking...and if people abuse it too much, they get banned  

Just a little edit to this, good idea, but a minimum of five players in the arena at the time would make it less abused, and also either 10 players or less in the room, or the other guilds in the arena have 3 or less players.  

Maybe it could happen once during the day and the first guild to get to guild spar first and use it gets to ask for a challenge.  

Maybe a "challenge board", where people look at it to see if there is someone looking for something to do. You can add your guild and see it on the challenge board list. Then, another bored guild could check for something to do.

You mentioned this idea on my thread which I loved. But combined with Shannon's board idea is an improvement. Or at least something like PC where it shows the level the player is in so you can see who's at different places at what time. Or if a level reaches a certain amount of players inside, it sets off a mass message. Like when over 10 people enter a spar room, it says something like "the guild spar is filling up, go down to challenge some people" etc
