i ve made a lot of fix on it

and now i made a new one hat

The 100 or so extra colors added from the sig up the filesize making it a bigger download. A few kb bigger doesn't matter anymore but it's still nice to reduce the size.

So wait, let me get this straight. Once a gang gets 1500 hours, they get a gang hat. Now, does that mean ONE GANG HAT or does it mean the ABILITY to upload hats? Because it looks to me like the ability is there and multiple hats have the possibility to show up on Era.

She used iFile to make is appear on Graal, but only she can see it.
