Custom Flags
Just a small little add on I thought of. I think it'd be cool if we can choose the flag when we take a tower not just the same red flag. It would work by viewing the guild you own then more actions and there'd be a "set custom flag" button and all the flags would pop up like they do when you set one in your profile. Example: I'm in a guild full of people from Mexico, so when we take the tower the flag on top will automatically turn into Mexico's flag.

Are you talking about the whole tower flag being covered in country flag or just a little square of the country flag on the tower flag?

So what you are thinking of is a guild flag(such as a national/country flag). I think it is a good idea because the flags currently(to be honest) are horrible and boring. And have the guild flag either custom(2000) gralats and guild pic(1000)

Well, that could work. But that seems like a load of waste of time, considering most towers arent held too long for players to view it. It should just stay the same.

The thing is if you wanted to change the flag to a country flag all of them would have to be changed and reanimated for each country. Now if you had it so something was added on top of the flag that would work probably.

Wait...the flags are animated?(if so,I think to make it less complex change the tower flags to represent the tower the flag is on(for example-the Castle could have a flag with simply a castle on it)

I'm not against it, but the effort would not be worth the outcome. It would probably be buggy even after days of scripting. Why not just stick with the map icon?

very unique idea. altho id like to see custom-made flags, not country flags... also winter has a good point, is the difficulty of releasing a custom flag template and upload and the bugs it will cause worth it? However there COULD be a guild setting (that the guild owner chooses) to simply just change the flag's color. this would be simpler. (and maybe if the guild owner has vip, the flag can be a vip color :0 ) |

animating the flag with a custom image in real time would require an enormous amount of processing power. They might be able to preprocess it and convert it to an animated gif, though.
