Weapon displays furniture!

Seriously why don't we have this? Have a stand, case, or a gun locker. You go out buy the weapon display with the weapon already on it (exp starter pistol stand XD)

I will make a graphic for it later today or tomorrow maybe. Staff don't do things unless it is already made for them sometimes.
