Issues with contacting staff members
Ok so when your trying to contact and admin they email me at blahblahblah. I email them no one answers i repeaditly spend messages if i dint get a reply in the week. So I try to contact in game (messaged player logged out). I mean wtf is that suppose to mean their still online thats bs. Your A PLAYER RELATIONS admin and you dont help or answer anybody I pm you glitches you dont reply I feedback them they still dont get fixed.Ik theres only a matter of things you can do but seriously not 1 thing anyone asks for except all the pros that got famous on era, somebody need to step up to the plate prs are for the the people and you dont do any other **** but you wont help us tell me what you think about this post below.

Hearts never responds to my questions when she's online, I tried various times and she rarely helps. I love how some PRs like Raiden or LavaClaw or Poetic (formerly) for example are very helpful and reply.

Yea lavaclaw is probably the most helpful but hearts she dosent do anything, my question is was about glitches in ec events which are pissing me off i could have won lms for ec if 2 people didnt double team me while using throwing hearts I want my ec cause that is bs! Right there someone tells me to email snk I email him nothing happens my point there is proven.

They restricted healing from lms so you cannot gain healty but thats glitch is a way to cheat while no one else can heal

Don't email a PR about this problem. They can't do anything about development issues. Contact a developer like Callimuc.

wish there was a option to block iera posts showing up in the new posts section. its just sad now seeing all the problems and the current playerbase of iera... its nearing worse than CODs playerbase.

Banshee ik you your frustration it happens to everybody but I usally talk to snake about glitchs i find and he is busy sometimes and wont respond for a while soo my advice is to wait it out and maybe pm many different PRs
