i dont feel that cheaty sword files like no sword or stab swords should be used in gst, but no, invisible bodies are not allowed at all in the game, its against uploading rules.

Invisible bodies are not allowed to be uploaded. If you see someone wearing one you should report them.

rickclops are you playing through the Facebook? Sometimes in-game files such as bodies/heads don't load so they appear to be invisible.
