Merging Accounts With Another Player?
So I've been worried about my friend getting their ass banned from merging accounts with another player. My question is if it's allowed. They keep telling me people don't get banned for it, but in the past I've had a couple friends who have been from what they've told me. Is it, or is it not against the rules?

Exactly!, actually I'm working on this, I just need to know mostly every ban reason. I tried asking them for every rule over e-mail, but they didn't respond so I'll have to search myself. As soon as I feel the site is being "ok", I'll publish the link here. |

May be you're right, but I have seen a lot of people violating rules, and the surprise was they didn't even know that they're actually violating those. It would be an advice for people who do really care and who do obey rules, plus people couldn't say "I didn't know I was violating any rule!" while being punished by a staff, since hopefully some staff would give him a second chance. If you do up a website and publish it in-game, people would get banned all the time without any warning, what I personally do prefer if you even take your own time to publish the rules. Do you get what I mean, sir?

As for whether or not this is legal, I don't know. There are mixed messages in regards to this, with people getting banned for sharing accounts, meging accounts, selling accounts. I understand why this is done, because there is no way to check whether someone stole an account or bought it, etc. It's either this or there will just be no support for accounts, but the e-mail you get states: Warning: only approve the access for trusted people, your are responsible for what is done with your account.So that doesn't help. I guess the staff need to decide first

How about this scenario: You go on five different accounts to do the pyrat quest, earn 1.000 on each account, makes 5.000 Gralats at all, and then, you finally transfer them to your account. Keep doing that for a month and I bet you'll get banned, but I bet people didn't know about this, too. |

How so? You don't harm anyone, you don't glitch nor do you bug anything, why would you think that you're violating the rules? I understand you, but imagine you're in the age of 8-13.. you wouldn't even be thinking of that scenario. I even see adolescents who are doing this and yet they didn't know it belongs to violating the rules. Of course, rules are connected to common sense, but you can define any rule you want, especially if you're a staff. That's the point, and I think 10 years old don't think the same as 20 years old, do you? |

My only responce: Make a tablet and write all the rules down that an get you banned -_- right now I classic is much more of a do-as-you-wish game with no restrictions(that can be found in writing or text) |

They may already have this so don't jump me for this. But how about for identifying yourself on another device, it only allows you to use the original account if permission is given from both ends. But say something unfortunate happens like your first device breaks or gets lost and you want a transfer, you email Classic staff like normal. Then from there they can just merge accounts checking with both account emails. This way it'd prevent illegal merging of stats and gralats and say your friend is on your account for some reason (which is probably a stupid thing in the first place) it won't merge stats, only allow the, to use your account. Which can still cause a great deal of damage still, but now you don't necessarily lose everything and they don't get everything you own now. Again, that may already be out there so I'm not even sure if this paragraph was necessary lol.

Oh remembered a huge one. Leader of Nerv I believe he goes by Saint is Inde's account if anyone knows him. 90% of his kills and his whole spar is a lie, that was Inde.
