the main point of this game is to join a squad and if you dont join one you will not earn much or lv up. So most of the player joins a squad. So all leaders must recruit everyone and not just pros, so Everyone in this game got recruited, So only those really new noobs are left, and they will be recruited soon and its hard to teach them stuff, then if noobs dont join a squad they still gain hours but they dont lv up and they fail and doesnt have ways to earn money. You should have fun without squads in zone. Sometimes squad can be annoying because you have to listen to the leader" do XX or ill kick you". in classic you can still have fun without a guild, why not make it in zone (DONT TELL ME YOU CAN PLAY SHOWDOWN WOTHOUT SQUAD CUZ YOU DONT EARN MONEY WITH THE NOOB GUN WITHOUT DOING MISSIONS AND YOU HAVE TO PRACTISE SHOOTING IN SHOWDOWN WITH THE NPCS)

In all seriousness, I think the main focus of the staff team is to get all this team stuff done and out of the way before the free version comes out. Reasons being, with more players, the staff wants to encourage people to team up with one another and make connections.

Things you can do solo is sparring and missions (yes you can do missions solo). Also, you earn gralats just by killing people in showdown so you don't HAVE to win, correct me if I am wrong.

There was a poll taken on what do you, as the players, feel should take priority. Many people said squad based activities. Perhaps you should move your opinion there.  

Zone isn't classic. Also, you don't need to join a squad for anything you can do anything a squad does by yourself. For example, spar, showdown, solo mission, or go to pvp planets and just join a side. That way you will be on a team/side and no worries about being kicked etc.
