Weapon Damage in events

Does the guns deal their original damage or according to their conditions during events e.g-(TTS,LMS and Spar Tourney)?

I've been in hundreds of those events and I can guarantee it takes 5 BAR Shots to finish someone, thus it should be the same for every other gun IF your weopon is in PERFECT condition. Same applies for other guns I've used such as M4, PBP, Luger, Souzien, Sten.

Unless something changed just under 12 hours ago, the weopons do damage according to their condition.
