I saw the healing love heart in the store and it says after 10,000 uses it breaks. What exactly does that mean? Does it loose the ability to heal or just breaks altogether. I want to see if this is worth buying as a new melee weapon since my frost blade got scammed.

It breaks after 10k hits. Only thing is you can't heal yourself with it.

I don't think it does any damage, haven't tried using it on anyone. But it heals gang members, I think, around 2-5 hp per swing.  

Hit gang members to heal 1. It may seem bad, but the cyan pk reward will increase it to 4 or 5 per swing, which is amazing. It lasts a long time too, mine hasn't broken from last year yet  

Dayum, I must get it :0 Only thing I hate about it is that people cheat with it on LMS and also with the throwing hearts =/  

Why can't we buy more than one of the heal melee  

Probably to stop people having anything like 50,000 heals- that lasts for about two years.
