Gang banlist
it would be cool , if gang has member ban list. we can ban people from gang and unban too , when we wan't . banning noobs who betray's or whatever.

gang ban list would be good, but it might spark up things such as racism issues (yes as crazy as it sounds i have seen it happen before)
