If you're telling me that it's standard for a brand new guild to establish and immediately hit 1K hours in <20 weeks then I think you're wrong. I'm a lot more focused on building a quality guild and establishing a structure right now, we can get hours as they come. GL with SoN, seems like a good guild. |

In by no means did i intend on saying that new tower guilds should have many hours. But i personally think you set the bar a little low. You should go by week hours instead, so that more hours will be put in on days that you are mostly free (weekends). Also it gives other members the motivation. If you got 8 hours, like you said you wanted, they would slack a bit more, but if you went by week hours, they would push and strive. Then, the extra days off would be determined if they completed it early.

I don't set any requirements for participation. If you join, you tower when you're available. You don't need to stress about it or feel pressured. If ever you are too inactive, we may find a replacement for you. It's that simple really. A few people have asked me if they can eat or sleep, makes me laugh. If any tower guild has to force their players to participate, then they're doing something wrong. That removes all the enjoyment. We're just looking to get in as many hours as possible, not force it. If we have quality members, we'll get as many as we need. |
