I'm well aware of the initiative, and that's cool and all.. But why isn't the player made hats "section" of any shop ((if that even exists)) open to everyone? There are a lot of talented artists who would love to pop out some material, without having to join a guild just to do it.

This could probably be in another section of the forums, but.. Whatever.  

A couple of my friends got their hats sold in shops to public and they weren't in Initiative. I don't know how though.

Send it in to '[email protected]' or enter Xor's house, it has information on how to do so, and your reward as well.
