.png color statuses

Hi. There are some color backgrounds that show the 2 top and bottom things that add "decorative effect." Does anyone know if there is a guild for finding the color? I'm looking for a dark red. None of the HTML color codes for it. Examples of the codes are <body bgcolor=#FFTUA.png[#82628.png]> like that. Anyone know how I can get some accurate ones? I know you can switch around the colors to experiment.

FFTUA isnt a hexadecimal number :0....
Hexadecimal color codes have 6 digits, and the possible digits are 0123456789ABCDEF. (if you need a better explaination on html colors, google it)

background code i know: body bgcolor=#990000center.png <~this is darkred. the "#______center.png" background is shaded same way as default background, but the ... center is the same as the color code in the bg tag; you can use any hexadecimal color (use google for a html color convertor)
