The "bug" year

I had an idea..
well there's a birding movie called "the big year" in which thousands of birders attempt to view birds to break a record, well i'm a birder myself so i thought "why not translate that into graal?" well lets say we have "the bug year" were hundreds of graalians try and collect a specific insect lets say a ladybug and the person who collects the most ladybugs gets the title of the graal record, it could be fun. instead of a year a whole month or season of pure bug hunting for a specific insect.

I google things instead of asking stupid questions. I've been a lurker for a year, finally made an account a few days ago

I just sold over 280 worms... So worth it only took 3 days of real work to do it, but most I slacked off lol

<_> *sigh* How come all of these bug related threads involve me dominating at a particular event or contest or just in general? Like whenever the topic of bugs comes up my name is always mentioned somewhere >.< Mind toning it down a little? I'm still just a human after all, not some superhero like The Insectia or whatever. Besides, there are probably many other very skilled catchers out there besides me. It just gets a little annoying seeing my name in every bug thread even when I haven't even posted yet lol.

OT: I think Rufus mentioned once earlier that he would plan a bug catching related mini-game where the goal was to catch the most bugs. It would be done in a special area of some sort and it would be more of a contest than an actual event.

Someone who considers 50 ladybugs/250 grasshoppers as a warm up should have their name posted on every bug catching related thread lol.. =P

Regarding the thread, a leaderboard for bug catching would be fun.
