I'm VERY new to the software, I'll post my problems here, please help:

1. When I draw a line with the PENCIL tool, it gets corrected into a more jagged line.

2. BRUSH tool is stuck on size 3

3. How would I go about making 1 layer of my drawing be in all the layers of my animation?

4. Is there any site that can answer all my newbie questions?  

1) This is kind of the problem with Photoshop for pixel art. It's not designed for it. Yes, there are pixel artists that use Photoshop, and use it well, but it's not an insult to Photoshop. It was just obviously designed for painting and photo manipulation, so you run into small problems like this.

2) Stuck in what way? Right click the canvas while using a brush tool and select another size?

3) Go to frame 1, make sure the layers window has "Propagate Frame 1" checked and add the new frame. It should be automatically visible in all the other frames.

4) Pixelation(wayofthepixel.net), if you want to use Photoshop for pixel art. Search photoshop and see if there's not already a thread addressing these sort of issues.

(*3) Is that similar to locking?  

I use photoshop cs6 =D, but is flash cs6 any different?  

flash is more for development I think. Most people on YouTube use it for animating(AlbinoBlackSheep)(SpeedoSausage)(EgoRapt or).

Thats what I want to do with it, but I'm having problems getting started. All help for newbies is appreciated.  

5. How do I make the program stop automatically smoothing my BRUSH lines?  

Oh wow, you said flash, not photoshop my mistake, I derped reading that. Completely ignore my post.  

I thought so;p but no worries, it helped a little. However, I am learning quite a lot today and I've got most of it down. I think I'm going to end up buying a drawing tablet too. Any suggestions on them?  

I'd recommend anything from the Wacom Bamboo series.
