Somebody get this girl a staff cookie right now. Do you know how many countless lives have been saved this day? Families can now retire to their homes feeling safe at night. No longer will anyone have to worry about the headless abominations roaming about the streets of our cities. The police force can now make massive cuts on spending. Aiming towards a better economy with the task force less occupied which will allow them to spend more time with their friends and families. This may even fix the economy. Screw the cookie, what she really needs is a Nobel Peace Prize.

This glitch has existed for over 3 years. Basically you leave a player house while swimming in the water, by either pressing out or getting kicked.
