Well, the other day I decided to go ahead and change my squad name. I found out the names I tried were taken. The leader of both squads haven't been on for months. And I know there are other squad names people would like to use but can't. Well, here's my solution how this could be solved. The leader/members in that squad must be active and on tag at least once a month in that time period to keep the squad running. If no one in the current squad has been on the last 30 days, the owner will receive a notification about his/her expiration date for the squad. It will be a 3 days notice. If no members are on during that 3 days, the squad gets reset and become available to others (Owner gets a full refund). If the leader isn't on for more than 3-4 months I think it's save to say they're not coming back anytime soon and the squad should automatically be reset whether a squad member had set the tag or not. Let me know what you guys think on this!

This is a terrible idea, some people just cant get on and paid money for their squad.
this would probably just make people think zone is even worse anyways, and that situation is already pretty bad(It is pretty bad anyways)

please re-read it. I said a member or leader must be on during the period of 30 days to keep the squad. Nothing in there said anything about paying. Plus the player would have a 3 days notice and a full refund for their squad.

30 days isn't a long time what if something happens like iPod gets an error and screen breaks. I'm sure if I came back after I got my iPod fixed only to see someone stole my squad on iZone I would just quit completely.  

Yeah, I don't think that's a good idea either >.>  

Like I said a player in your squad could keep it active by setting tag once a month and just take it off. But other than that, the squad should get reset after the leader becomes inactive for 3-4 months maybe more depending.

This is a very bad idea, and im not even from zone in the slightest.
People have to go to things like summer camp, vacations, breaks, work, emergencys, ect.

They dont want this happening,
also, some guilds retire. What if a guild gets alot of time and then retires. Im sure it would upset the leader if he logs in a year later to find his guild was reset and someone else owns it

"Any member of the squad can set tag once a month to keep it from getting disbanded." On other hand, how do you feel when you thought of an awesome name and decided to change your squad/guilds/gang and finds out some random newbie player with like 6 hours already has the squad and they haven't been on for months or even years?  

What DraGun is trying to say, for an example in a few years graal will obviously have more people. But if the players make squads, guilds, and gangs and quit but never disband, then choices of names are dwindling to the point where there's only certain names you can choose.

So he wants to keep this from happening by disbanding guilds that are obviously dead/inactive for a long period of time to expand the choices of names for new players.  

Stefan goes through the squads ever now and then and check to see which squads have been inactive for a long period of time. He then removes the squad and refunds the guild fee. I don't know when he does it all I know is that he already does this.

Just because you can't get the name you want doesn't mean you have to come up with an idea to get that name. Stoopid ideeya  

I gave zZ FATAL Zz to silent who's been off quite awhile lol but I'll probs get time now and then so not refunded/took off her lol
