Graal Online Refund Policy
Does Graal Online have a refund policy? I spend money on this game to buy some VIP Subscription but now I suddenly don't have time to play this game anymore. Does Graal have a refund statement anywhere in their policy? Thanks.

No company is obligated by law to give you a refund.. it's more of a courtesy that they give you one. You have no rights to an exchange or refund simply because you're don't like the product, so they can refuse you at any point.. Companies can offer to exchange or repair an item for you, but they do not have to refund it! :o |
