Ugh... I will explain. Year ago when ec event bots were made I have found a car mission glitch that provided you to stay alive first 30 seconds in lms ec. Our loved friend banshee found that glitch 1 year later, kissed some asses and got a dumb trophy for reporting it. After that the car mission was changed and for the money makers "nerfed"

Car missions still have the 30 second healing thing. It's just hard to get an actual mission request when running into the mission person, even if you haven't done missions in a while, it still happens.
And Yogy's still mad about a glitch being fixed, when this game should be fair (even though I bet there's still glitches to give other people the advantage).

But I don't really seen anyone using the 30seconds glitch in lms before. Maybe because they weren't using it cause they didn't knew how xd. But to be honest(tbh), even I, events player, don't know this kind of shyt x-x until now lol

Nerfing the car mission timer instead? As a solution to the 30 second invulnerability? Could have at least nerfed the 30 second invulnerability instead of nerfing the NPC mission timer. Plus car missions are challenging as you need to avoid pkers. Mess up once, and there goes your $50 you could have earned.
