I have this small problem- wait, make that a big problem- wait, no, make that a huge ****ing problem. My problem is that I'm afraid of the dark. No, not like normal scared, but really ****ing scared. As in, everytime I'm alone during the night, I look over my shoulder and basically run back to the computer room. This might not seem so bad, but I basically live during the night. And the worst part is, I keep my computer downstairs. Everytime I want something, I have to go upstairs. And my downstairs is filled with dark rooms. All this is fueled by creepypastas. I'll be making some noodles when suddenly I remember how BEN appears behind people and I'll start freaking out and becoming paranoid. Then I'll run all the way back to my computer room and camp out there until I go to sleep, which is usually at 5 in the morning. I need help, seriously.  

I had this problem when I was 12-13 after we've been told about the Djinn in religion and I believed this and I used to semi lucid dream and go around my room to the bathroom where I wanted to wash my face (didn't know it was a dream) and then I looked into the mirror and saw a huge George Bush face and another small scary one that looks like Edd from Ed Edd and Eddy, I woke up, but I was afraid, a few nights later I dreamt I was in my room, paralyzed and suddenly a semi naked figure (pants on) jumps into my room and starts eating an apple (I don't even) and from that day I was afraid of dreams in general because mine are messed up and I was afraid to sleep for a couple of days, but then I became apathetic at 14 when my life was going down the drain I became apathetic and I didn't care anymore about anything including my phobias (excluding entomophobia, because I ****ing hate insects).

I have a problem with fear fueled by creepypastas as well, especially jeff because i sleep with the window open, i wouldn't mind some help as well. best thing to do is play mario. always helps me.

I do, not scared of him anymore.  

Do what you do for any other fear; face that fear and move on. I also had this problem until I would face it until it went away.  

You can never go wrong with a flashlight. Or 3 flashlights.  

Jeff is my old college buddy. We go way back.....
