Well, I've been browsing the internet in search for a generally good working Laptop around the price range of $300-400. While doing this, I've become extremely confused, lol. Can anyone find a good working Laptop at that price range? I'm looking for something with a fast loading rate, good graphics card, and Windows 7. I'd say I want something more on the lines of a Gaming Laptop, which usually cost $1,000+, but obviously not that.

I was looking at the HP Pavilion Chromebook, but it looks a bit small for my likings. I like larger Laptops for the most part, 16-18". And it looks as if it would act like a Notebook Gateway which I previously owned and hated it.  

You aren't going to find a laptop or prebuilt computer with a decent graphics card for under $400. You can probably get a laptop with intergrated graphics that runs most games at mid settings, and newer games at the very lowest.

Tbh, the graphics card is the least of my worries, and I'll probably be doing development on the Laptop, nothing too major. So a decent, or normal Graphics card is fine by me.  

If you're on a budget then I would choose the chrome book or something relatively new.
