loyalty vs activity
As many of you know I'm in a guild thats closing in on 800 hours which means 1k hat lists and hat chasers are a consent topic. The other day amid towering a debat sprung up with differing opinions so I decided I would like to get a wider range of input on it. Somebody who used to be the leader of another guild that hit 1k stated that he gave a hat to somebody who joined at something like 875 hours over somebody who had been in the guild since like 550 hours. (idk the actual numbers i'm just generalizing) He stated that the one who joined at the earlier time was not very active, and the one who joined at the later time was very active. (according to him they where on nearly 24 hours a day till 1k) So this sparked the debate. Should you give the hat to somebody who has been helping your guild for the longest time, has been loyal, but is not very active or somebody who is insanely active and joins for the last 100 or so hours? |

I'd definitely give it to someone who's been loyal. It shows they care about the guild more than the person who joined 150 hours before 1k.

How about you have access to a list of people who have helped the most hours to people who have help the least amount. The leader can look at that stuff there and choose who they want to give those useless guild hats

How exactly would this "list" work? Like would it count how many times you hit the flag or how long you were at a guild fort?

The monkeys rarely get a hat. Nobody likes people who leave their guild for the guild closest to 1000 hours.

Ok so my opinion in giving hats , for an example person A has joined at 100 , person b has joined at 500 Ok so if person A joined at 100 and was loyal but was never online / helped ( logged on for a hour a day ) and person B joined at 500 an was very active / loyal then person b should get the hat If person A was only active when the leader was online and when off when leader went off ( I have been experiencing allot of this ._.) and person b helped before and AFFTER leader had left person b should get hat . If person A was totally loyal and helped allot and person b the same thing the person a would get hat , becouse even knowing they help the same person a joined before therefore helped more overall than person b Just some of my examples DX soz for grammar, ponctuation mistakes .. I wrote this at 2 am and can't r bothered to try ... |

How about this? Someone joined at 500 hours and helping really hard everyday over 5-8 hours tower time. Someone that joined at 50 hours, looks like helping, but they afk more than help defending. |

[QUOTE=Zetectic;399791 If you afk over 3 minutes, let them warp some other places.[/QUOTE] I like this idea to,but maybe they would just get warped out to the attacker re-spawn point. |
