Yes, it is, as long as you give a valid reason for your wanting to do so. I suggest messaging Neo or Albus in game, they can certainly help you out. An alternative would be to e-mail: [email protected], however, I strongly recommend the former before approaching this method.

My reason was that my phone got stollen at school and I couldn't get on graal with my new phone becouse I forgot my emails password , I have a bunch of account info in the email I sent such as : the firsts email I used on the account the amount of hours I have( it was hidden ) the amount of in app purchases etc
