I don't know if you guys know this but There a building of some sort on top of mountain above MoD town....Is this recent or just being their all day?

The dock type building? That's been there, but I have a feeling that this isn't what you're talking about.

its been there for decades, who know if its gonna release or what
we been waiting for iDelteria for 1000 years and i dont wanna wait for another 1000 years for that building to release neither the town in swamp

That place isn't new, correct in fact I was one of the people to glitch over there when the york town tower had the glitch where you could warped out of the map or onto the top of that area, I was banned by accidentally doing it of course but i understand

So they delete areas some people go to like the haunted boat , graal city hill and secret York place but they leave this .....

If you dig through the Future improvement section I believe you will find Dusty mentioning a new town being constructed called Destiny I think it was. I could be wrong but I thought it was gonna be in the southern section of the map somewhere.
