I believe because the servers are poopy where they can't host even if the player count is 2000 more becuase the server acts up and just crashes because the servers are **** and **** and **** the end

they rescheduled the GST because of Halloween events, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out GSTs are always at the end of the month so the safe assumption is that it's the 30th |

And all the 2012 GST's were first week of month; until January 2013 kept getting delayed because not enough hosts. |
