Why do we still not have a crossbow?

You'd think this would have at least been thought up a few times by staff. Can we please have a crossbow? And a powerful one at that, we have way too many overpriced puny guns.

Well, there's a bow and if you add a crossbow it would be deemed too "classic".

Meh, those people can go **** themselves. Just make it a modern crossbow, it really wouldn't be justified to be noobish-complaint fodder then.

I thought of the XBOW from bf3 when I saw this thread.
Oh boy I got a lil explosive on the end of my arrow that can take down helicopters in 2 hits.
Era would screw this up though giving it a clip (I still don't understand why the gbow and the new bow have clips and then you reload, unlike irl you shoot reload repeat).

You dont need to understand logic, this is common sense and you have to get it right otherwise you look like a ******.

I agree with that it would be very similar to Classic's weapons if they were to bring in a Crossbow. But we already have the option of using the Classic's Bow and the sword...

So I'd assume since we already have that then why not bring in a crossbow either where you have to reload it every shot or every three shots...? I think it's a good idea even to be a item that can be
purchased with event coins.
