So I just uploaded a head yesterday and I got it sent back to me saying make the frames smaller... So I did. Now when I sent it back in for approval and after it got approval, I noticed my head doesn't blink... Is this a problem with me or their side? If I open the image up into a web browser (tried in IE and Chrome), the head blinks.
