Mayday Button

I'm sure you guys have all seen the commercial on TV where the guy is sitting in his house with his Kindle, right? He clicks on the mayday button and a live person appears on his screen who can see exactly what he's doing. This actually creeped me out a little bit. Who's to say they aren't always watching what you're doing. It's a really strange a bizarre thought. Now, of course, I'm not looking into investing in one of these. I'm simply looking for something that could prove that theory wrong, because quite frankly that would be just plain wierd.

Who's to say the camera on your phone isn't always watching? That's kind of an absurd assumption to make just because they have tech service with video chat. The camera has always been there, the addition of tech service doesn't introduce some new method of stalking you.

I'm not talking about the camera always watching you, yah that assumption would be crazy. I mean the fact that their tech service can literally see exactly what you're doing on your screen is strange. Sure, it benefits everyone simply because it makes being helped more efficient, quicker, and easier. I just don't see what would prevent them from being able to monitor you're screen whenever they want.
