I just recently hit 10,000 kills on my main account. I was super excited as I had been wanting it for a long time. I continued to put it off over and over again because I hated pking since it was so boring (I'd rather loot/hunt bugs). Normally when I had a day I wanted to pk towards my 10k goal I would have a huge burst. Normally 400 to 800 pks. I was wondering, how did you feel when you got 10k pks? Were you excited or disappointed that you spend so much of your life on this game? Did it come as a surprise or did you notice it?

I didnt pay attention to it. I just remember people making a big deal because I had 10k kills within my first month of playing. Stats were never significant to me, I payed more attention to my 1vs1 pk battles.

I think I remember noting it. The real push I made was to get 40,000 in... 2011 or 2012? Can't remember. I definitely binged for a few weeks, the worst being one day I got 2,000 kills twice on two separate accounts. Definitely not healthy physically (or mentally for that matter), so I wouldn't recommend it.

I probably had 10,000 my first month or so. O man, i remember that March/April 2011 when Nexus had that 20k door, but I only had 18k at the time. To this day it kills me not knowing what was in there.  

I'm not a big fan of PKing because I suck and use PC, but being at as far as I am, I only have like 9k but 44k BK.

I'm less than 1k away from 20k and I'm sorta excited but I'm making no effort to reach it any sooner lol...I've always wanted to PK but I always get bored once I reach a goal, like six hundred PKs a day or something.

10 k is not time consuming at all ... You can get in 1-2 weeks depending how good you are

10 k is not time consuming at all ... You can get in 1-2 weeks depending how much time you have

I had almost the same thing that you described, except one day I had 4000 pks in a day, and I came from 6000-10000. Never pkd again Lol.  

my 10k on my main went pretty unnoticed by me because I was probably busy attempting to stop DeadMau5 and the Mau5trap crew taking swamp, I used to get kills pretty quick in those days, now got 55k and cba with pking anymore but still want to get to 100k eventually.
