Hello, so I recently tried to use my shield and it keeps saying "The shield 'slyde-deadshield.gif' doesn't exist." Did they delete my shield? And if so why does it still show the image when inputting #i(code) and I didn't get any notice about getting it deleted or some sort.  

It is not on the server anymore. However, it will still show in your sign because the image itself is stored on your device.  

So do I get a refund or something?

I have had issue with this, as well... repeatedly.  

This happened to me awhile back my shield wasn't working it took me ages to get it to work and when it did i didn't even like it so its 1k poured down the drain as i couldn't refund it as it was a public upload..lol;)  

Noo stop this thread and send a ticket to toonslab it's in the FAQ center before album forcefully closes it repeating what I said!  

What happened to Taylorrichaards? I have uploaded about 4 shields, none of them appears on Taylorrichaards.
