Turning Off Alarm In Sleep... The Struggle Is Real
So I set my alarm across the room, but I STILL manage to turn it off without waking up, with no memory of turning it off when I truly wake up later in the middle of the day. Perhaps I am awake, but I'm so barely conscious that I don't remember i and fall back asleep later This has happened to me twice now. After missing class because of it, I don't want it to happen again. I considered setting multiple alarms, but that would just act as an inconvenience later on since I need to turn them all off. I considered some apps that make you solve math problems to turn off the alarm, but I would likely finish them, then accidentally roll over and fall back asleep? Anyone have a solution to this? I'm contemplating writing a program that runs on wifi that forces me to walk downstairs and solve a basic math problem just to turn off my alarm in my room upstairs. |

I set my alarm in a place where I have to sit up properly in order to reach it, I think if I set it across the room I'd get up turn it off and jump straight back to bed lol

The solution is to combo lock the alarm so you have to think before you turn it off. Also there are some alarm apps that make you solve a puzzle or math problem before you can turn it off.

I have the same problem, I have one on my phone where it forces me to solve a pretty simple maths problem but somehow I still manage to do it.

Multiple alarms and put the phone at the other end of the room.

I never really had a problem waking up unless its in the weekend, I myself am the alarm since I practically trained myself to wake up at a certain time

Multi-Alarms are a good way to go at the beginning. But, Try to keep a good sleep routine by going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, it makes the routine a lot easier.

Program it so you have to spar a Graalian and win to turn it off. On a serious note, 2 alarms in different rooms would be sweet. |

Get an alarm clock where it shoots a rocket and you have to put it back to turn it off
