Sparring Technique

I thought I'd post a video of me sparring, and was wondering whether anyone could comment on my sparring style and how to improve. I rarely spar on PC, ( and these are not random spars taken from different times.) I don't have a technique; I'm just moving about randomly. Please comment and tell me what you think.

just remake the video after Christmas break, hard to give tips when they are walking through your sword (and you're walking through theirs on their screen)
when more than 2900 are online, the server begins to lag and everyone's ping raises significantly, causes everyone to have some degree of delay and there are pretty frequent lag spikes

if you wanted to continue sparring with a high ping, I'd just say to spar as defensively and patiently as possible - any bit of delay causes sparring to go from proactive/reactive to predictive, so the best way to win is waiting for your opponent to make mistakes and run into your sword rather than making your own moves

the huge majority of upper-tier sparrers are very aggressive and offensive, and you just can't spar that way when the server is the way it is right now - for example, comboing a player is extremely difficult because the added delay time makes it impossible to react to where your opponent moves and you basically have to go from relying on a sharp reaction time to getting lucky and making the correct guess

Kind of difficult for me to articulate it in a forum post but if you (or anyone) sees me online, I'm open to inviting you to my guild house and sparring around and help you get better at understanding the mechanics of sparring. Granted, I'm probably not as good as I was before I went inactive but I can show you a thing or two.

I explained to him that the server is lagging right now and then I gave him advice on how to spar in it... You're actually mad that I'm helping someone? People like you make this forum bad.
You also used the semicolon 100% incorrectly... If you really wanted to try and use a semicolon to appear intelligent, you should have used it before the word "just" to separate the elements of your sentence. It's not a comma.

i used to move alot, constantly encircling the enemy confusing him on my next moving then striking when i see an opening, then again my stats weren't that great..

Not taking sides here but I tend to realize whenever thallen tries to make a small opinion or fact about sparring ( which some of you might not know much about) he gets attacked by players like this. How about keep it down and reply in a normal manner.

Just spam all around.You will eventually get a Hit.You just cant spar strategically with all that Delay.Well lag can be delt with but not delay.
