Are these tiles, or are they just images?  

I like these better than the ones on Ol' West currently, but the width of the diagonals on the corners are longer than the width of the rest of the track. If you could make them have equal width I think it would look better.  

They should replace the corners with this

They don't have the equal width going across in game, and I think it looks better this way because the camera angle is not top-down view. With the camera angle the way it is, to keep the effect you have to keep it skinnier on the horizontal rails.
