Quiet Fans

I'm looking to upgrade some fans in my PC so I can make it quiet. I'm looking for a 120mm case fan, and a cpu fan (or another way to cool my cpu) which is an AMD FX 6300 3.5ghz

Noctua makes quality fans and is arguably the best in air cooling. It just depends on how much you're willing to spend.

As for CPU heatsinks you can't really go wrong with any choices. Even the cheap CM Hyper 212 EVO should do the job.
