VIP Subscription Bug?
Hello, I am currently having technical difficulty with VIP. As you can see in the photos provided below, I bought VIP and the subscription's time countdown is there as always. But one problem is, the activate and deactivate buttons are gone. ![]() I have no access to VIP colors at all. ![]() And I did not receive any VIP items. As far as I know, the February VIP has been released and it was said to be a Cupid Bow. So, I went and searched for it in my inventory and the Starter Bow is the only thing that popped up. ![]() Is this a bug? I've tried reconnecting several times but I still didn't receive anything. Has anyone else been experiencing this? If so, can you please leave a solution as to how you've solved this problem? Thanks!

It says you've deactivated it. That's probably why.

You've been using a Engine which allows you to get free VIP, therefore you have no access to it.

I also cannot find mine
I can't find mine either... I just downloaded the app about 4 days ago, purchased some graalats and bought vip and it says it's deactivated without an activation button. I emailed toonslab support and didn't get a response yet
