So what if there were skill groups?

Skill Groups

These groups can hold up to 5 people including the creator. Each player can own 1 group (even if they already have a gang). To create this group you would need to pay like a certian amount of graalats like $1k. The group owner would be the only one who can recruit players. This group would be for skills only and allow players to have the option to share exp across skills for example one group member could be Woodcutting and the other mining so they would evenly share the exp but to make it fair if 1 player was mining and getting 75 exp and the person woodcutting and getting 20 exp they would each get 10 exp for eaxh skill and the miner would recieve his 45 exp mining exp. Also there could be experience bonus for every player in your group doing a skill(could be the same skill to make sense) your exp multipler goes up by .1 so you could get a total of 1.5 exp multiplier. Also for my bigger rock idea (end of post) to be able to share these larger rocks you need to be in a skill group.

Group Rocks/Trees:

So there should be larger Rocks/Trees that can be mined by several players.
This Rock/Tree will have alot of hp for example the 1+ group would have like 2000hp compared to the 100 hp of lvl 1 Rock/Tree. Once destroyed you will recive alot of experience and Ores/Wood compared to its level group.

Level Groups:

1+
15+
40+
70+

Details:
These rocks/trees would respawn like every 20 mins.
Also should only be 1 of every group on map.

Names:
some names i thought of...

Rocks:
1+=Rock cluster
15+=Iron cluster
40+=Gold cluster
70+=Emerald cluster

Trees:
1+=idk
15+=idk
40+=Redwood(maybe)
70+=idk  

Oh my gosh, this is a great idea!  

What if we put these rocks or trees in or on bases? And the gang holding the base controlled the rock/tree? Just a thought.  

Also when you invite someone to the group, you can see their name under your name and also their health!  

I like alphos idea with the base!

I like it, but I feel then Guilds would be able to get resources without any extra work then they have already put in. In a thread I made a week or so ago I brought up the idea of Resource Nodes which could be controlled to gain resources, instead of hours.

i dont think that would fit to well considering only 1 of the bases is a terrain base unless you added basements and gardens. But i would rather have groups or parties were they can just mine the rock.
