AP Decreases During Spar

Recently, I noticed my AP went down from ~92 AP down to 60-70, and I have noticed other smaller drops, can someone please fix this? I just want to stay at 100 AP.

It's not new.There was this "bug" since the AP system was introduced.

yup, and if you're at 100 ap and enter a spar, it immediately goes down to 99 (just like if you hit some one by accident with a bush or something).
